Have you ever heard “Abs are made in the kitchen?” Yes, that is true. I spent about two years trying to get a 6 pack by doing crunches and the ab machine at La Fitness. I literally stacked that thing and repped it out. Then checked the mirror and…no abs showing 🙁 But if you punched my stomach it was hard – so what was the problem? Well…there was this annoying layer of fat covering my abs and you likely have that exact same layer. Ironically, even though you may not have done tons of ab work, you also have a 6 pack underneath that fat. So, if you want abs to show, it’s time to SHED THE FAT!!!
We all know if you want to lose fat you have to burn more calories than you take in. Or most people will say, eat less and exercise more, which is true. Once you know these numbers, you can adjust your diet and exercise, so you burn more calories than come in and start losing the fat to reveal your 6 pack!!
