How much do I have to workout?
None! – With our plans, the fat naturally converts to muscle and any excess simply disappears! Ok, let’s be realistic – you are going to have to hit the gym and do work. We recommend at least 30 minutes a day, 4 or 5x a week to maximize results. But – if you give us an hour or 1.5 hours including cardio – we can make the fat melt like butter and transform you in record time!
