I’m Tricia, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and college student with a passion for helping others build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach to fitness is centered on balance, consistency, and confidence. I don’t believe in quick fixes or all-or-nothing thinking. I believe in showing up, doing the work, and creating a lifestyle that feels good and actually lasts. After years of navigating my own fitness journey, I realized that sustainable progress doesn’t come from motivation alone, but comes from discipline, structure, and support.
