Hey everyone, my name is Torrey Cordell-Armstrong. I was born and partially raised in Cincinnati Ohio until the untimely death of my mother Nikki Armstrong. That event led me to move in with my Dad in Northern Kentucky. I grew up playing sports and mainly took a liking to American Football. While I was in high school I discovered my passion for training people. By the grace of The Most High with the help of friends and family, I was able to open up a gym in the basement of my father’s house. Clients I trained gave donations that aided in the development of the gym. That season in my life is what led me to go to The University of Kentucky for a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology. During the last year of my schooling I interned at a sports performance gym called LBS. The owner of the gym hired me on after my internship and now I currently help him run the gym. We’ve been able to send athletes to Power 5 Division 1 colleges, help athletes try out for NFL teams, and have helped people make significant fitness transformations. During my time at LBS I developed a "gamify" approach to training. The goal of this style of training is to help my clients engagement in each training session. The results I have witnessed since implementing this philosophy has been astounding and have received positive feed back from my clients.

For all the things the I have been able to accomplish and will accomplish (hopefully with you who are reading this), I give all praises to my Heavenly Father who’s Name is YA’OH in the ancient paleo hebrew. I have also put my faith in my messiah Ya’ohshai (Jesus). I’m excited to help each of you reach your goals! But, I want to go higher, I want to help you surpass your goals 💪🏾🔥👑. Shalom (Peace)
