I have coached and meal planned with large groups, small groups, and individuals. I have trained clients online and in person. My biggest goal is to help you learn to eat for happiness, health, and to be able to move your body for a lifetime. I help my clients see the impact of all foods and how you feel physically and also mentally as well. Working out is a very small portion of the big picture. Nutrition is key! My passion is strength and mobility. I always tell my clients that "If you can't squat, how can you get off the toilet when you're older"! I've been programming successful strength and mobility workouts along with meal plans for over thirteen years. By using functional movements that improve and build overall body strength combined with exercises to recover and improve mobility along with smart meal planning we allow our body to regain and to maintain its full potential, and live a long and healthy life!
