I’m a certified personal trainer, strength training specialist, and nutrition coach with nearly three years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals. My time in the Army taught me discipline, adaptability, and the value of structured training, which I bring to every training session. Whether working with individuals or groups, I love guiding clients to discover strength they didn’t know they had. Fitness should be empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable. I help clients build confidence, break through limits, and create a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Seeing people achieve things they never thought possible is the most rewarding part of my work. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me reading, writing music, or exploring the outdoors with my family. I also share fitness tips and insights on my blog, where I make complex topics simple and actionable.
