I am a certified personal trainer, weight loss expert, and nutrition coach. I have been coaching clients for nearly 10 years. My specialty is working with women who are going through hormone changes due to peri menopause or menopause. I have been through these changes myself. I watched my body change and stop responding to things that had always worked for me. I was told by my doctor to eat less and move more. I was already doing that. When our bodies are struggling and stressed with changing hormones, this is not the way. We need to nourish our bodies, provide proper strength training, and limit hardcore cardio. Most doctors don't know what advice to give, so they put patients on very restrictive calorie diets and tell them to exercise more. Calorie restriction and excessive cardio will not get you the long term results you need. It will make things worse. This is my specialty and I can help you.
