I Grew up being active and playing all varieties of sports specializing in football, hockey, and track. I Started as an Elementary PE teacher. I used to train some of the teachers after school just for fun which morphed into becoming a Personal Trainer part time. I have been training people for the last 12 years. I opened my own training studio in 2016 with some partners and love helping people reach their goals!
