I am a former collegiate volleyball player. I graduated in 2022 with my BA in History. I am currently working on my MS in Exercise Science. I have been training for about a year, working with people of all ages. I have been weight training myself for 10 years now and it has become part of who I am today. Weight training has changed my life, both physically and mentally. It has allowed me to be confident, disciplined and driven. It is the best part of my life with the most challenges. My goals in life are to not only be the best version of myself but to push others to be the best version of themselves. I specialize in weightlifting, mobility and knee health. In 2021 I tore my ACL, MCL and Meniscus in my left knee playing my last year of college volleyball. Although it was one of the toughest experiences I’ve ever had, it was also one of the best lessons I’ve had. It made me rethink the way I train and how to take care of my body. Now, my knees are stronger than they were before my injury. Physical therapy opened me up to different levels of strengthening my knee, and now, I want to share that with you. When I say I want to push you to be the best version of yourself I do not just mean mentally. I want our bodies to be unbreakable and healthy knees play a big part in that.
