As a current medical student, I have a deep understanding of the human body and its intricate systems. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, which allows me to develop exercise programs tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I am also trained in medical nutrition, which allows me to develop dietary plans that complement my clients' exercise programs and help them achieve optimal results. I served in the military prior to medical school. My military experience has instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. I understand the importance of setting achievable goals and working diligently to achieve them. With my unique experiences, I feel well-equipped to help you push past your limits and achieve your desired fitness outcomes. I take a personalized approach to training. I am committed to always being patient, supportive, and encouraging. I want to make sure each workout is challenging yet enjoyable.
