My name is Race and yes this is my legitimate first name as appears on my birth certificate, I grew up in Maine and I currently live here too. I have been a coach since May of 2022 and I specialize in creating efficient and effective movement patterns for whatever the goal may be. I have trained everyone from 4th grade athletes to semi pro basketball players and from a 30 year old woman on a 100lbs weight loss journey to an 80 year old man who plans to live to 110. Whatever it may be that you want to accomplish I am going to make that part of my goal too, to get you to the finish line.
