Hey, I’m Piper — founder of The Body Lab. I’m a certified NASM personal trainer with additional certifications in mobility and flexibility coaching — but more than that, I’m someone who truly understands what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I’ve faced my share of injuries, and it’s those challenges that led me to discover a passion for human movement, recovery, and performance. I created The Body Lab to help others move better, get stronger, and live pain-free — whether you're chasing performance goals or just want to feel good in your body again. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from retired NFL players and pro golfers to high school athletes, little leaguers, travel nurses, attorneys, massage therapists, CrossFitters, marathoners, and even other trainers and physical therapists. I love helping people find what works for them — no cookie-cutter programs here.
