I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have expertise in form and biomechanics, meaning I can help you train properly and to your very best. I have experience in the Physical Therapy field as a Physical Therapy Technician, where I took patients through their exercise program that the Physical Therapist would assign to them. I've gained a lot of experience with a plethora of exercises ranging from mobility, strengthening, power moves, and stability from that. I am a bodybuilder having gone through a full season of prep. I've experience both extremes of losing weight and gaining weight through that season of bodybuilding. To give you some numbers to create an image, I started at 170lbs, bulked (gained weight) to 207lbs, and then cut (diet down)to a lean 157lbs. All in the time span of about a year. My main goal as a Personal Trainer its to help you become the best you. Whether that is physic goals, overall health, or even just being able to do an everyday task easier (lawn work for example). I am great at adapting/accommodating to your needs and making sure your program is fit to you specifically. There is no number one workout for all, only one for you.
