Micah Bertrand has dedicated himself to teaching the importance of health and fitness as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With a total of 16 years experience in the industry Micah started as a part-time employee and has climbed up the ladder at multiple corporate gyms to achieve positions such as managing personal training department programs, hiring and developing new talent of coaches along with creating strength and conditioning classes which became a huge piece of his dedication. During this time he has worked with many different types of individuals ranging from high school level to obesity and even up to senior citizens. Micah’s true passion has always been to help people develop a healthier lifestyle which includes the mental, physical and nutritional aspects pertaining to the fitness journey. With this, he has learned many skills over the years and has the following certifications: International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer, Strength and conditioning coach, Sports nutrition and supplement coach, Joint health and recovery consultant just to name a few. In addition, he has also achieved the Certified Nutrition coach license through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He strives to implement a higher standard than the average health coach by offering a wide range of tools to help his clients master the act of body movement, functionality, strength, weight loss, overall body composition changes and nutritional guidance. Micah also has a 14 year old daughter that is disabled with a rare Blind disorder called (Septo optic dysplacia). She has been his motivation and inspiration since she was born. He believes that our bodies are our shield and our internal parts are the working pieces to keep that shield strong. His mission is to help create new habits that will last a lifetime.
