s a strength and nutrition specialist, I help people build confidence, resilience, and strength—both inside and outside the gym. With a deep passion for Olympic weightlifting, I coach athletes and beginners alike to master technique, improve performance, and develop sustainable training habits. But my mission goes beyond just lifting heavy. I specialize in helping people who feel intimidated by weights find their strength. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to refine your skills, I provide a supportive, educational, and empowering environment where you can thrive. As a certified nutrition coach, I also guide clients in fueling their bodies for performance and longevity, focusing on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. My approach blends science-based training, personalized nutrition strategies, and a mindset shift to help you break barriers and reach your goals. Outside of the office and gym, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I still compete in Olympic Weightlifting as a Masters athlete (40-44 age group) and hope to return to the World Championships this year. I also own a team in the United Grid League called the Atlanta Wild, and love to travel with them during our competition season. We won the championship title last season!
