I am 22 years old and recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from ASU a few months ago where I studied Sports Science & Performance Programming. My father is a Chiropractor so I have spent the majority of my life learning about the human body & the different things you can do to positively (& holistically) improve your health. I am unique in the sense that the approach I take to health & fitness is largely impacted by the way you choose to spend your time outside of the gym. Since an hour-long workout is only 4% of the day, I am a firm believer in establishing more foundational daily habits like proper nutrition, stress/ time management, and personal quality time to ensure better training results. Reconciling the way you choose to spend your time outside of the gym will also help you live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilled life. I am a learner at heart & enjoy spending a lot my free time learning new information that can help me fulfill my potential to be the best athlete I can possibly be. Additionally, it deepens my understanding even further of how to transfer knowledge & skills to somebody by having to learn them myself. I myself train all components of the athletic spectrum like strength, endurance, body composition, speed, agility, mobility, and mental/ physical resilience. I want the people I work with to gain the lessons I have learned but without the scars of making the mistakes themselves.
