I'm Logan M, a dedicated fitness trainer whose passion was ignited during high school, inspired by my competitive twin sibling. Engaging in sports like volleyball, track and field, rowing, and lacrosse sharpened my physical capabilities and instilled values of discipline. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology focusing on health and human performance from Saint Mary’s College of California, I immersed myself into the fitness industry. This journey led me to obtain my personal training certification and spearhead the college's personal training program, where I guided fellow students towards achieving their fitness goals. Presently, I am pursuing a master's in dietetics, with a keen interest in exploring new dimensions of wellness. My areas of specialization include cardiovascular health, strength training, weight loss, injury prevention, and nutritional guidance. I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge to provide a holistic and personalized approach tailored to your unique wellness journey.
