Have you ever heard the saying, “if you just listen to your body, then it will tell you what it needs?” There is plenty of truth behind this but the catch is learning how to understand what your body is saying. This is why some extra help from a personal trainer can be very beneficial. My goal as a personal trainer is not only to help you create the body you want but also create a body you are in control of. I discovered my love for health and fitness when I was in middle school. I spent a lot of my childhood overweight and confused because I did not look like or move like all my peers. I started to research diets, exercises, supplements,..etc. The standard google deep dive that provides an overwhelming amount of unreliable information. Of course, I tried some unhealthy options that pulled me in with empty promises of instant weight loss. I destroyed my body trying to cut corners rather than just taking the time to learn what my body needed. It wasn’t until I learned to balance my needs instead of chasing my desires that I saw results. I found it was best to love the body I started with instead of resenting it. Luckily, caring for yourself is a lot easier when you have someone on your side to reassure and assist you every step of the way. I want to be that person for you!
