Transformation Specialist

Hello, my name is Landis. I am a transformation specialist holding an ISSA certification in personal training and nutrition with experience in weight loss, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and corrective exercise. I'm also an NPC Women's Figure Bodybuilder working towards my goal of becoming an IFBB Pro.

My passion is fitness and I love to help others transform into a better version of themselves regardless of their goal. Whether it be through weight loss, muscle gaining, toning, or even rehabilitative/corrective exercise, everyone deserves to see their dream become a reality! I have experience working with all types of clients: from females looking to lose weight/tone after menopause or individuals looking for conditioning to join the military, all the way to individuals who suffered strokes and were looking to increase their strength to regain their independence. No matter the goal, I am here to help assist you through every step of this journey.

I believe my own background has helped me evolve even further as a coach because it's taught me patience, dedication, discipline, and resilience. Through-out my own personal fitness journey of becoming a bodybuilder I have faced many challenges, but the two biggest challenges were food intolerances and hormones. It took me almost 6 months to figure out that, at just the age of 35, I had hit menopause and the imbalance of hormones had created a chaos within my body. It was through this experience that I gained the immense understanding of how to listen to the small things your body is trying to tell you and what big role they play.
