My name is Krissy Hall and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer/Body Building Specialist and Certified Nutritionist. I am also currently working on my Transformation Specialist certification, HIIT, and Strength & Conditioning certifications. I find that learning and growing as a trainer and coach brings me the most joy. My fitness journey began after I had my first child. I began experiencing overwhelming anxiety which led to a diagnosis of both general anxiety disorder and social anxiety which I still manage today but on a lesser scale. I also wasn't happy with the weight I had gained and decided to start walking which was recommended by my doctor and therapist as a way to reduce my anxiety. Walking led to jogging which eventually led to running. I have completed many 5k, 10k, and half marathons over the years but always felt a little stagnant. About 6 years ago I began incorporating strength training into my fitness regimen and have since dedicated myself to learning and understanding the most effective and efficient ways to gain muscle mass, decrease body fat, and live a happier and healthier life through fitness and nutrition. My love and passion for health and wellness led me to pursue a career in coaching. My goal is to motivate, inspire, and help others find a training program that suits their needs and lifestyle.
