- Im a young personal trainer aiming to coach people, helping build their physique. I love exercise and sports, along with teaching others how to build confidence in themselves and in their body. I myself have played multiple sports, the main one being track and field for 3 years. I shifted my own training from a sports specific focus to a general strength and conditioning focus and gained 10lbs my first year. I plan to utilize the skills I learned along the way, alongside my passion for exercise, to be the best coach I can.
