Julia Bagley is a nationally-recognized personal trainer who holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has further certifications in pre/postnatal training, corrective exercise, women's health, adaptive training, and nutrition. Her passion for healthy living was ignited at a young age. She had the opportunity to help coach a Special Olympics swim team for many years. This truly sparked her desire to help others. As a teenager, she excelled as a competitive swimmer, she even got to compete internationally. Currently, her passions include learning calisthenics skills. Julia believes that what’s missing in today’s image-obsessed fitness climate is an emphasis on the simple joys of movement. To this end, her methods seek to improve key fitness indicators like strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance while also reacquainting clients with natural skills and patterns of movement that tend to deteriorate as a result of the modern world’s demands.
