Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coach

My name is John and I have been involved in sports since I was three years old, with my main passion being hockey. My desire to excel in all aspects of the sport led me to become involved in Strength & Conditioning. After only a short matter of time being involved with Strength & Conditioning, I knew that I wanted to help athletes and people from all walks of life improve their sport performance, fitness, and overall lifestyle through proper physical and mental training and nutritional practices. This led me to Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO), where I graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2011. Shortly after college, I spent three years as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Quinnipiac University, working with many Division 1 athletes. During that time, and for a total of seven years, I also took on the position of the Strength & Conditioning Coach for all sports at The Brunswick School, a private school in Greenwich, CT. I have also held positions as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and personal trainer at OPEX Mount Sinai in Mt. Sinai, NY, and Unique Fitness in Holbrook, NY. I am currently in my fifth year as a Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor at RX FIT in Rocky Point, NY. I am grateful for the coaches I've had in my life, and for those I still have, and I want to pay it forward and fulfill that roll for as many others as possible. My passion is to train and coach others and provide them with the tools they need to reach their full potential, whether that be in athletics or just to live a long, happy, healthy, and enjoyable life. Credentials: Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
