My personal development and fitness journey, along with extensive research in exercise and nutrition, has given me a vision for working as a coach that helps me better understand the needs of my clients. In my free time, I love walking and hiking, reading, writing poetry, playing the cello, and spending time with my family. My greatest hope as a fitness coach is to help others achieve their goals, create balance in their lives, and to be happier and healthier individuals all around!
