Jill is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years in the fitness industry. She has worked in commercial gyms as well as medical fitness centers. She holds a master's degree in health promotion management and is a board-certified lifestyle medicine professional. She currently works full-time as a Health Educator and is passionate about helping others gain better mobility and full body strength, as well as helping with overall health goals. She specializes in corrective exercise and functional strength training and regularly works with those who have chronic conditions such as prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and obesity. She has skills and experience with all ages and fitness levels, including ages 65 and up.
