I have been around the health industry one way or another for the past 30 years. I stared out as an Occupational Therapist and then moved to a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, and gym owner 12 years ago. Sports and fitness have always been a passion of mine and 25 years ago, I started playing golf. Within 2 years, I went through the LPGA teaching and club professional division and have been playing and teaching golf ever since. I realized in my mid 30s that nutrition was just as important as my fitness journey and I really started to pay attention to the foods and products I put in my body. I love teaching others about health, fitness, nutrition, mobility, the importance of staying active (especially those suffering from auto immune disorders and arthritic conditions). I truly believe it effects every aspect of our lives, not only our physical well being but our mental well being also.
