Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Hi. My name is Isabel Evans. You can call me Coach Iz or Coach Evans.

I am a former collegiate volleyball player for the University of Alaska Anchorage, and now I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University. As I begin my coaching career, I strive to make a positive impact on young athletes' careers. My focus is on athletes of all ages and abilities. Helping athletes and individuals feel strong in and out of the gym is a core focus in my coaching. I also have a passion for helping adults in their fitness journey, I believe it is never too late to start!

I received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Athletic Training from The University of Alaska Anchorage as well. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. When I am not in a gym, I enjoy spending time outside and being with family and friends.
