I've always had a lifelong passion for health and fitness when growing up. Watching my heroes in movies, TV, and anime performing amazing stunts, helping people, and saving lives motivated me to become just like them. While I was very active throughout my childhood, I only seriously started my fitness journey back in my high school years doing calisthenics, boxing, and eventually becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My coaching style is very hands-on, focusing on wellness and longevity. I don't offer cookie-cutter fitness and nutrition plans because, the truth is, that won't work for everybody. Instead, I will help you develop a personalized health and fitness plan suited to your daily life, schedule, and needs to set you up for long-term success on your fitness journey. I might not be the first personal trainer you've worked with, but I hope to be the last one you need to reach your goals!
