Hey everybody, my name Greg Gentile and I have been involved with fitness since my father brought a home gym for our garage when I was 10 years old! I have been a trainer now going on 11 years and it's been an amazing journey to watch all of my clients find success in some fashion. They all come in with different goals and aspirations and I really enjoy the challenge of guiding them through the long journey ahead. I believe in teaching functional fitness, incorpating exercises and workouts to relate directly to your every day life. As you get older you'll need these tools and strengths to navigate every day life. So whether you're goal is to shed some pounds and feel better about yourself or you'd like to add some strength and be more confident in yourself I am happy to help!
