My name is Emily and I am a NASM certified personal trainer with 5+ years experience coaching Solidcore (intensive strength based Pilates) and an extensive background with weight based strength training, and boxing. As your coach, I will always encourage you to prioritize building core strength and mobility for injury prevention, PRIOR to picking up those heavy weights - but once you get there, don't be afraid to go heavy :). Additionally, I'd love to help you develop intuitive eating habits so that maintaining proper nutrition is no longer a stressor, and instead a sustainable part of your lifestyle. My ultimate goal is to make you the best version of yourself by coaching and encouraging you along the way - and this extends to all ages and fitness levels!
