I'm a fitness and nutrition coach who gets fired up to help clients lose weight and figure out a fitness routine that works for them. I have a background in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit; however, I like to be flexible to my clients preferences. Fitness is imperative, yet I believe nutrition to be more foundational so be ready to deep-dive into fueling your body.
