I have been training, coaching and teaching for over 30 years. Previously I was a strength coach at Cortland State University as well as high schools in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I’ve trained athletes from multiple sports in large groups to clients in a one-on-one setting. I believe in individualized and sustainable training that is enjoyable. As a college athlete I learned the importance of strength training and decided I wanted to teach others how to stay strong, mobile and fit for life. My certifications include CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), FMS 1&2 (functional movement) and I’m USA weightlifting club coach certified. My expertise includes general strength training, functional strength training and mobility to prevent injury, body building, sports performance, Olympic lifting. My coaching style is supportive and results oriented. My goal is to teach everyone I train the fundamentals of exercise for life-long success.
