Hello! My name is Donivan Mendiola! I have a beautiful wife named Jarene and two kids Janeya and Jaedon. I am certified under ISSA and the United States Army to perform personal training, tactical exercises, powerlifting programs and a nutrition expert as well. I am an Active Duty Service Member in the Infantry. I am currently a college student at Alabama A&M University! I love fitness and enjoy the art of how the body works and grows through training, challenges and more!!
