Graduated from Calvin University with a bachelors in Exercise Science and Biochemistry. I worked for two years at PowerStrength Training systems (the premier sports performance gym in the Midwest). I went on to work as a personal trainer at Equinox, the premier specialists in the personal training industry. Additionally, I have extensive experience training members of the armed forces for their physical fitness tests. Now my wife and I are pursuing missionary work in Grand Rapids Michigan. My online coaching business helps support our work in the mission field!
