I have been involved with athletics and fitness my entire life. I started with baseball at four years old and since then have participated in basketball, boxing, muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and running. To this day I still take part in many of these activities. Currently, I am an Active Duty Army Occupational Therapy Specialist, so fitness is still an integral part of my life as a soldier. I am a huge believer in practicing what you preach, so I work out at least 5 times a week and follow a structured meal plan. Whatever your fitness goals are I believe that I possess the knowledge and passion to assist you with achieving those goals.
