Im 42yrs old with over 26yrs of weight lifting experience. I am a living example of its never to late to make a lifestyle change. At one point in my life I got up to 300pds due to my lifestyle choices. In 2020 I got a wake call when I had to deal with a major health issue that could have been fatal but it was a blessing in disguise. That event lead me to completely change my lifestyle and diet. In those four years I've lost over 80pds and I look better and feel better now than I did in my 20's and 30's. So I can completely relate to those that are struggling with weight lose.
