Fitness became an important part of my life 7 years ago when I realized the effect a healthy lifestyle had on my physical and mental well-being. This passion for fitness led me to get a bachelors degree in exercise science from Troy University and then get certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have been a trainer for over a year now and had the opportunity to work with many different clients of different age groups and fitness goals r such as improved athletic performance, weight loss, and muscle growth. My passion for health and wellness inspired me to go to graduate school where I am currently studying occupational therapy alongside helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
