Coming from a family fully immersed in the medical field, I’ve always been fascinated by and well-versed in the human body. My ventures in life lead me into specialising in fitness, whereby I married my love for human physiology and psychology, with fitness and optimising our functionality, health and wellness. As I matured within my career, I further specialised into studying and understanding the unique and beautiful attributes of the female body. My research and studies taught me about the importance of the difference between female and male physiology, hormones, physical responses, etc. My main goal is to empower and educate - to equip you with the tools and knowledge in order to help you achieve your goals SUSTAINABLY, as well as learn how to work with your body - not against it. My expertise also extend into nutrition. I thoroughly enjoy creating and designing personalised meal plans that take all of your needs into consideration, as well as show you that your meals do not need to be BORING in order for you to see results!
