Due to an injury as a collegiate athlete, I have since focused my time and energy into my passion of improving performance and reducing injuries in hundreds of athletes since 2010. I currently own a Sports Performance and Body Composition gym where I get to work hands on with clients ages 10-80. It gives me a unique opportunity to create programs for people in all walks of life. This also has allowed me to work with clients of varying goals, whether that be weight loss, strength improvement, injury prevention, and muscle gain. My expertise lies in developing a tailored plan to suit not only your health goals (weight loss, muscle gain) but your performance goals (run faster, jump higher, hit the ball harder). When I am not training I am spending time with my wife and dogs, working out, practicing Self-Defense, playing Disc Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Ping Pong, and maybe even Pole Vaulting!
