Hi! I’m Bri, a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and helping others feel strong from the inside out.
I love high-energy HIIT workouts, traditional strength training, and the calm, grounding nature of yoga. I believe movement should meet you where you are—some days it's an intense sweat session, other days it's just showing up and stretching it out. Both are valuable. My goal is to help clients build not just physical strength and endurance, but also resilience and confidence.
As a former competitive swimmer, I’ve spent most of my life immersed in athletics. That background taught me the discipline and mental grit it takes to push through challenges—but also the importance of listening to your body and training in a way that’s sustainable and supportive of whole-body health.
Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, boost energy, or simply feel more at home in your body, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that feels challenging, rewarding, and doable.
Outside of fitness, I love traveling, iced coffee, Disney World, spending time with family and friends, journaling and meditation, and going to the movie theater. I believe wellness is personal, and I’m here to help you build a routine that fits the life you live.
