After playing ice hockey for over a decade I knew I didn’t want to stop being active and seeing teammates being overweight as it was. To me that was sad seeing fellow athletes active but not fit. So I really dove into getting educated about fitness and health during my last year of ice hockey. Seeing all these “fitness influencers†online putting out these fad diets and loads of information that was so confusing to the typical person. I wanted to figure out a way to make it easier for people to lose weight and get fit without going into the mumble jumble of all the misinformation out there around being healthy and losing weight. I’m now applying my nutrition and fitness background into transforming lives with a realistic nutrition and fitness program that is sustainable for each individual based on their body and lifestyle without cutting out everything they like or taking some “magic pill†to lose weight. Just to end up back where you were, lost and confused about why you gained all the weight back. I’m here to help you build long term healthy habits.
