I especially enjoy working with people who REALLY want to make their health and self care a priority, and therefore are willing to follow through on the targets we make together, and consequently get the results we want to 😊 I am trained and skilled in numerous types of training methods, but my favourite things to help people with are: Nutrition guidance, Fat Loss, Increased Toning/Muscle Gain, Yoga, Calisthenics, Vegan Nutrition guidance and Spiritual Coaching. I also LOVE building up a personal friendship with my clients as well as just providing you with a professional service in order to get fit/strong/healthier, etc.
