As a young man I've always been fascinated with human strength and performance. I watched shows like Popeye the Cartoon, American Gladiator, Strongman Competition, Boxing and Sports. I would be amazed of how people overcame obstacles to get to the next level whether it be intense training to help them prepare for an event/competition or pushing through and giving everything you got to win. In my mid-thirties working as an insurance agent. Majority of my time was sitting behind a desk calling leads to schedule an appointment or make a sale. I was eating a lot of processed foods and within a short period of time I gained a lot of weight. It took an annual hospital check-up for me to start taking my health seriously. My doctor told me I was overweight, and my blood pressure was high, and I should watch what I eat and start exercising. That hospital scare motivated me to start watching what I eat and start working out. After working out for a few months I made great progress by losing weight, eating better and feeling stronger. I had family and friends comment on my social media posts asking me for tips and to train them. So, I did and after a few months of training family & friends I decided to make a career change to become a personal/group trainer. I love to help motivate people to level up with their fitness & overall well-being. I use a combination of calisthenics & strength H.I.I.T Training to lose weight and build muscle. I specialize in helping men 40+ lose weight, build strength and have better performance. I've been a trainer over 4 yrs, and I've helped clients as young as 12yrs old to 71yrs old. I am here to help you level-up with your fitness and well-being.
