Fitness and Wellness Expert

As someone who has lived with Type 1 diabetes since the age of 4, I know how helpless it can feel trying to reach your health and fitness goals with the added stress of a chronic illness. For so many years, I held the belief that I would never look and feel the way I wanted to because of my diabetes, and if I hadn’t taken the leap to hire my first fitness coach, that’s probably how my life would’ve played out. Working with a coach 1:1 allowed me to reach my goals faster in 4 months than I had over a span of 4 years all alone. It showed me the power of accountability, support, and guidance, and how much quicker you can reach your goals when you have someone in your corner cheering you on and calling you out on your blindspots. Working with my coach changed my entire perspective about myself and what I was capable of, especially given that I was able to reach my goals AND improve my diabetes management. After my tremendous success with my own coach, I knew that I wanted to follow in her footsteps and make the same impact on other women as she had on me. Now, I specialize in online fitness coaching with a focus on mindset and wellness. I believe that health must be embodied from the inside out and needs to be taken further than just diet and exercise. I teach my clients the importance of having a healthy mindset and how to overcome limiting beliefs, what it really means to “listen to your body” and how to make choices about their health using their intuition rather than logic, as well as how to incorporate healthy habits and practices outside of the gym to truly make all of their hard work a lasting lifestyle. After working with me, not only will you reach your fitness goals, but you will also have a newfound confidence, love within yourself, and levels of self-awareness that you didn’t even know existed.
