Hello, I am Shaun Mundell and I am originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I was a professional rugby player but decided to make the move to the U.S in 2015 and joined the U.S Army at the end 2016. I am currently still serving as a Staff Sergeant. It is my passion to assist follow Soldiers reach their fitness goals and I will assist you reach yours.
