My name is Shannon Holz and I grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota, where I struggled with my weight until age 14. Determined to be healthier, have more energy, and thrive, I began coaching myself
and swapping out processed grains and sugars for healthier options and doing the Biggest Loser home kickboxing workouts. I even purchased a mini trampoline to get more cardio! In just three months, I lost 30 lbs, gained more energy, and built confidence. This transformation allowed me to show up for myself and others in ways I never imagined.
My love for coaching and dedication to helping others transform their health led me to complete my Bachelors in Nutrition Communication from Arizona State University in 2019. Additionally, I am an ACE Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 4 years of personal training and nutrition coaching experence. As a former YMCA Wellness Director and OsteoStrong Wellness Coach, I also have had the privilege to serve hundreds of clients transform and heal their bodies using a holistic approach with intuitive eating principles and custom workouts. Through hands-on training, I have gained experience and expertise in the following: Strength and Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training for Weight Loss, Calisthenics, Isometrics, and Yoga.
