As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and competitive bodybuilder, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and personalized coaching. My passion lies in empowering people, especially those over 40, to embrace health and fitness as a lifelong journey. Whether it’s through customized workout plans, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), or cycling workouts, I focus on creating individualized plans that help each client succeed and thrive. In addition to my fitness career, I am also a proud mother to a 10-year-old daughter, who keeps me grounded and motivated every day. Beyond the gym, I serve as the Deputy Director for a County Government, where I have the privilege of working to improve the lives of children, veterans, and homeless pets. The values of service, compassion, and community are integral to both my professional and personal life. Balancing my passion for fitness with my commitment to making a difference in the community, I believe that a holistic approach to health—spanning fitness, nutrition, and personal well-being—is key to achieving lasting success. My goal is to inspire others to prioritize their health, overcome challenges, and build sustainable lifestyles that will benefit them for years to come.
