Growing up in the foothills of California, I stayed active with many outdoor activities including hiking through the local state parks, swimming in the Yuba River, rock climbing, and snowboarding in Tahoe. I discovered I wanted to be a personal trainer after training in Mixed Martial Arts and participating in High Intensity Interval Training Classes for the sport. I knew my path was to help guide people in the confusing and developing world of health and wellness. There is so much information online about the best way to be healthy or fit that it can be difficult to make a choice. After two years of Personal Training and earning my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Sacramento State, I believe that health and fitness is not a one-size-fits-all and that every unique individual has a unique path to their goals. Wellness should be fun, rewarding, and sustainable; allowing you to live a longer and healthier life. With me as your trainer, we'll discover the most efficient and enjoyable routine for your goals.
