I am passionate about helping people live longer lives and reaching their physical peak potential. My high attention to detail and goal-setting bring continued success to my clients. I am a huge believer that the secret to success in any area of life (especially health and fitness) is in a consistent routine and the habits you perform every day. My mission is to increase the health span of as many people as possible. In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, reading, shuffle dancing, playing tennis, and swimming.
