After Jill’s own personal fitness transformation over 10 years ago, she has made it her mission to help others do the same. Initially Jill hired a trainer to help her lose the baby weight after the birth of her second child, but she had no idea how much this would change her life! As her endurance continually improved she began running 5k’s, which became 10k’s and finally marathons. To this date she has run 8 full marathons, two of which were under 3.5 hours. None of this would have happened had it not been for her trainer who pushed her and encouraged her to step out of her comfort zone. Jill is now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and also holds a Pain Free Performance Certification. She wholeheartedly believes in balanced nutrition along with a well designed fitness plan as the formula for health and longevity. As we age, these things are all the more important to our quality of life.
